Rooms are available from around 15:00 (earlier depending on if they are ready). On departure we ask that you leave your room by 11:00.

After checking out on the day of departure you may still use our hotel services, and from 12:00 you can enjoy our leisure facilities including an afternoon snack for an additional € 20.

In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge you:

per person	day € 90
per child	day € 30

Booking Guarantee

We guarantee your booking with a payment of € 400 / CHF 600 per room.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

It's not rare that a planned holiday has to be cancelled out of unforseen reasons. With this new cancellation insurance, booking early will no longer be a risk. 

We offer you the possibility to take out a travel cancellation policy with us, costing only € 2,10 per person and day. The policy covers 80% of travel costs in the following cases: unability to travel or early departure due to illness, accident, death, substantial material damage, life-threatening illness of a family member, loss of job through no fault of your own, and additional protection during your stay (search and rescue costs € 7.267,28, car transfer costs € 2.180.19)

Should you not be able to start your holiday you will immediatly receive your money back, minus the cancellation insurance premium. If you do not wish to take advantage of this great value service, please be sure to let us know when you make your reservation.

Pets

We will happily accommodate pets (a limited number), but only if you let us know in advance and at a charge of € 16 (without food).

Out of consideration of our other guests, bringing pets into the common areas, restaurants and the wellness area is not possible.
